The first signature is $40.00 and additional signatures are $30.00 each if you send them to us at the same time.

For best results, write your signature using a black medium point, rolling-ball pen on ink jet printer paper that has a brightness of 96 US or higher. Just sign as you normally would...  if necessary, we'll take care of resizing.

If you have a scanner that lets you scan at 600 dpi grayscale, scan the signatures (just the signature, not the whole page), save them in Windows bitmap format, and email them to us. If you can't scan them, just send them in the mail. Either way, please include your agency's name plus a contact name and email address.

Once we receive your signatures it normally takes us just a couple of days to have them coming back to you by email.

Plus, we send you two images: one bitmap (BMP) to work in your agency management system and another in jpeg (JPG) format to use with Microsoft Word and other programs.
